Quaestus was born out of YER Senior Management Recruitment, part of the YER Group, the market leader in recruitment and selection of candidates at polytechnic and university level. YER Senior Management Recruitment had been operating as a separate company since 2000, focusing on higher management and executive positions with a salary between € 100,000 and € 250,000. After years of fruitful collaboration, the shareholders of YER Senior Management Recruitment decided that an independent future would create more clarity in the positioning of the company, and thereby improve its growth potential. The move toward independence was then realised in mutual consent with the YER Group.
