Quaestus recruits and selects carefully. Before you decide whether or not to use our services, we carry out a feasibility study. We draw up the job profile together with you. And we are only satisfied when the right end result has been achieved. In other words: when we have placed the right candidate. That is why we only charge a modest start fee in the beginning, to cover basic costs. After that, invoicing is on a 'no cure, no pay' basis. We can easily afford to do so, because it is virtually always a case of 'cure and pay'. But naturally we are only really satisfied when the placed candidate actually performs as required. We always monitor the situation for a certain period, and where necessary help the candidate to integrate seamlessly into the organisation.
Our thoroughness, however, does not stop us from being fast. Through the combination of knowledge, experience, and tried and tested resources, we are able to put you in contact with a minimum of two or three candidates within four to eight weeks. A process where discretion and quality always come first.
