Leading organization in aluminium verandas


The organization designs, manufactures and markets made-to-order aluminium verandas, carports, garden rooms and isolated conservatories under their own brand. They deliver finished products to dealers and via its own stores. The Headquarter is based in Brabant, The Netherlands and the production facility is based in Germany. The organization uses a dual distribution strategy to sell its products and is active in The Netherlands, Germany, France and Belgium. They currently employ 98FTE (108 heads).

The organization is the leading player in a fast growing consumer market for home and garden improvement that is expected to grow by 7% per annum the coming 5-7 years. They grow faster than the market with a realised double digit growth over the past years. That double digit growth is also foreseen for the coming years with €28 mln revenues in 2017 that are planned to growth to €50 mln in 2021.

The organization is founded in 2001. The consecutive strong growth is a resultant of its innovative and entrepreneurial values. The team is strongly committed, skilled and driven to support the company’s ambitions in the dynamic and competitive market in which it successfully opererates.




The organization's prime strategic focus is the further positioning and building of the brand and the design and roll out of a fully integrated customer experience. Digital solutions are an integral part of this approach. The ideal CCO has therefore a strong marketing back ground (A-Brands), is experienced in building integrated customer experience environments and moves comfortable in a digital setting.

For this unique, strategic commercial management position, the organization is seeking an ambitious leader with a clear vision. The ideal candidate is energetic, innovative and results driven. The CCO will be accessible and, coming from an authentic personality, able to lift the organization to a higher level, motivate the sales and marketing people and inspire them to perform to the best of their ability and achieve maximum personal and professional growth. He or she is commercially strong and at the same time demonstrates empathy for others, using strong interpersonal skills. He/she communicates easily at all levels in the company and also with client.


  • Minimum of 10 year experience in a similar position;
  • Mature and seasoned manager with a strong marketing background (A-Brands), experienced in managing fully integrated customer experience environments, moves comfortable in a digital setting;
  • Entrepreneur, strong capability to manage growth in a competitive environment;
  • Proven track record in a retail / dealer network in an international environment;
  • Experienced in optimising business processes within a technical, integrated and dual distribution environment;
  • Proven experience with P&L/budget responsibility, financial business cases;
  • A self-starter and driver with a high energy level; a team player that takes the lead: Initiate and drives improvements and projects;
  • Ability to strengthen the team and build commitment;
  • Solid projectmanagement experience; is well-structured and works systematically together with the different teams;
  • Has a clear vision, is very much result driven and problem solving;
  • Is analytical and makes decisions based on facts and aligns the organisation based on a solid plan;
  • Hands on; switches easily between strategy and operations;
  • Able to think and operate at academic level;
  • Fluent in Dutch, German, English.
