The six characteristics of our assessment center methodsQuaestus has a wide range of assessment solutions that can be tailored for every assessment question. The Quaestus assessment centers can be described as high touch, high tech.
Every situation is unique. Therefore, there is no standard method when it comes to top assessments and C-Suite assessments. Depending on the case studies, the most appropriate approach is always chosen. From different methods and techniques, together with our clients, we choose the best tailor-made solution.
Our assessments are supported, if desired, by a dynamic and data driven platform in which candidates can schedule their live assessment themselves. These assessments can take place at any time (24/7) and anywhere in the world in multiple languages.
The Quaestus assessments include tests, live interviews and role-playing games. In a game setting, participants can be put to work in a simulated business environment, complete with interactive role-playing, customer conversations, as well as conversations with employees and press members.
At the end of a Quaestus assessment, a dynamic report is generated with concrete development tips for the participant. The results are compared to, for example, the organizational context, the important strategic choices that the organization stands for and are reusable if desired. The report is available immediately after the assessment, provided the candidate gives permission.
Dialogue is key within our approach. The assessment outcome is the starting point for an open, in-depth conversation with the participant where the focus lies on making the most of the strengths and development points. Possible risk of harm and energy drainers are also included topics during the conversation. It will all be discussed in a secure base and constructive way. The final result: a validated, reliable outcome on the basis of which important, strategic HR decisions can be made. Insightful and always valuable to participants, regardless of the outcome of the assessment.
Quaestus has an innovative platform that can form the basis for talent selection, leadership development, and succession issues in an organization. Not only does it provide up-to-date and real-time validated insight into the talent quotient and leadership readiness, it also offers an innovative approach to assessing and developing talent. Participants' progress can be seen in a nine-box grid, supporting HR and management when making important HR decisions.
